Apparently my AppleID was stolen

Hello everyone.

I'm making this post because I couldn't found another handy way to report this. I cannot access to the Apple Support Chat or another service that can help me with my problem. Plus, I bought my iMac in 2013 but because i've been moving several times since I bought it, I lost my ticket to use it like a purchase proof. I know the exact date, the store where I bought it but they hadn't the ticket.

Here is the thing. A few minutes ago I received an iMessage notification telling me that "I logged into a new iPod Touch device". Turns out that someone in china is using it for Spamming purposes. I don't know what to do. I tried to restart my password but it is telling that I made a lot of attempts. I tried the "Use Rescue Email Address" option, but apparently the AppleID website has an horrible bug because It is not working. I tried through Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi. I did also tried under Windows using Microsoft Edge and all the browsers you can imagine.

Question is... What can I do about it?

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks 🙂

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
